As Spring begins to take hold on the Southern
Tier, STHL has been busy preparing for our upcoming transition to
the new statewide platform and working hard to support the state
budget proposal for SHIN-NY funding. With the budget
approved, we now move into the next phase of expanded HIE
adoption and usage.
We thank you for your continued support and participation as we
continue to move towards a more unified New York State.
