Summary of April 18th 2013 Summit “EHRs: Information Exchange and Your Practice”

  •  The 2013 Summit held at Traditions at the Glen brought together some of the best resources in our region to help answer questions about how EHRs and the Southern Tier HealthLink (STHL) Health Information Exchange (HIE) can benefit your organization.
  • For those who were unable to attend, this will be a quick review about new services and technologies will begin to unfold in 2013!

  • Dan will present an overview of some new free tools and resources that are available to your practice that can help improve quality of care, increase patient engagement and satisfaction, and control costs.
  • Learn how by putting patients first you can develop enduring solutions that can help support the integration of evidence-based treatment guidelines and the highest level of patient care and service.
  • Demonstration of CoverMyMeds, a free service that allows for quick submission of Prior Authorization requests for all drugs and all health insurance plans from a single, free, HIPAA compliant and secure website.
